What we collect

When you visit: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page) and, if you arrive from an advertisement, the click identifier carried in the link.

When you answer our questions: the answers you give, such as your ZIP code and the options you select.

When you call: the phone number you call from, the time and length of the call, and the number you dialed. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution; you will be told where recording applies.

How we use it

• To route your call to a specialist who serves your area and situation.
• To measure which pages and advertisements lead to calls, and to pay our advertising costs.
• To detect abuse and to keep the service working.

Who we share it with

Your answers and your phone number are shared with the independent specialist we connect you to, so they can help you. Technical data is processed by our hosting, analytics, call-routing and advertising providers on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

We buy advertising to reach people who may find the service useful. Advertising platforms may receive a click identifier and the fact that a call was placed, so that we can measure results. They do not receive your phone number from us.

Retention

Call records and answers are kept for up to 24 months for quality, billing and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, and we honor them regardless of where you live.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
